    • We recommend that you clean your earbuds regularly. You can use a Q-Tip and some isopropyl alcohol. Do not submerge the earbuds under water. We strongly advise to clean Devialet Gemini II during the unboxing and regularly after multiple uses.

    • Yes, 4 different sizes of eartips are included with Devialet Gemini II, so that you can find your perfect fit.

    • A more compact design, two new patented technologies (Adaptive Noise Cancellation and Active Wind Reduction), a new 10 mm titanium coated driver unit, a rengineered voice call architecture, enhanced connectivity with Bluetooth 5.2 multipoint.

    • Yes, this is normal: after unboxing, press the charging case button for 3 seconds to wake the product (double green blink). it won’t show on bluetooth until then, but after waking you can follow the pairing steps and Devialet Gemini II will appear.

    • It's a normal behavior to see an immediate drop on the charge for your earbuds once placed out of the charging case.

    • Devialet Gemini does not support multipoint connection. However, Devialet Gemini is able to keep in memory up to 8 different devices, and you can switch between them easily via the Bluetooth settings of your connected sources.
